-Blade Sori (Curvature): 0.8 Inch / 2.0Cm

-Overall Length: 40.5 Inch /103 Cm

-Blade Material: BLACK 9260 spring steel

-Nagasa Length: 28.0 inch / 71Cm

-Handle Length: 10.6 Inch / 27Cm

-Blade Shape: shinogi-Zukuri

-Blade Width (Near Kissaki): 0.91inch / 2.3cm-Blade Edge: Hand Polished Be razor sharp

-Blade Width (Near Habaki): 1.26 Inch / 3.2Cm

-Koshirae: The Tsuba (guard), Fuchi (sleeve), Kashira (butt cap) of the sword is made of mixed steel finished. The Habaki (blade collar) is a one-piece brass construction. Two Seppas (spacer) secure the Tsuba.

-Tsuka: The Tsuka (handle) core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped Samegawa with white silk ito wrapped. The Tang of the sword is secured by two Mekugi (pegs) . you can unassembled the blade from the handle by taking out the bamboo mekugi.

-Saya: The saya (sheath) of the sword is hard wooden with a leather Jacket wrapped.

-The blade was made of 9260 spring steel in Maru structure, it was Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional method of sword making. The blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering) greatly improve the hardness and flexibility of the balde for real use.

-The blade with BOHI will be good for heavy cutting, {Bo-hi (blood groove)} can lighten the blade, also balance it to achieve optimal performance, The blade shaped shinogi-zukuri and has been hand polished with multiple grade sharpen stone by Japanese method, which made the surface of the blade like a mirror. It is strong enough for the bamboo cutting.
