Fast Shipping and Secure Packaging:

We will generally ship your items within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Once the item has been shipped out, we will send an email with the tracking number via email, so you can track your package any time on www.ems.com.cn. In general, it may take between 3 - 10 business days for delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. We do not exclude the possibility that our products may run out of stock in our local warehouse. In that case, we reserve the right to ship the products from China and Hong Kong without any additional fees.

How to track my package?

We will send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's website.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us on your contact page.

If your package hasn’t arrived in 30 days from the date of shipment, we will send to you new one or refund the full amount of your order.
